01. Safety First: The Biological Foundation
Before any coaching, content, or strategy is introduced, the nervous system must be safe enough to receive it. What looks like laziness, resistance, or defiance is very often a nervous system that is frozen or in survival mode. The system is not refusing to learn. It is signaling that it is not yet safe enough to try.
